About University of California, Santa Cruz

The University of California, Santa Cruz, also referred to as simply UCSC or UC Santa Cruz, is a public, land - grant and space - grant research university, located at the edge of the coastal community of Santa Cruz, which is the county seat and the largest city of Santa Cruz County, in the US state of California, with a population of more than 56 000 inhabitants (2008).

Athletics
